As the lease ends on Junction 22 we have decided not to renew it.

Don't worry - Junction 21 is not affected!

On your bike

June 24, 2017

We have had some bike's donated, and restored to their former glory.  With stabilizers for those who need them, we are ready to hit the cycle path!

Sue's heart is set on a trike, so if anyone has one collecting cobwebs we could definitely give it a good home

This will tell you about our Supported Living service, but will give you an idea about Avon Support

How do I pay for my support?

The majority of people have their support arranged and paid for directly by Warwickshire County Coucil or NHS South Warwickshire. To contact Warwickshire County Council to ask for support, contact 01926 410410 and chose the Adult Social Care option. Other people use a Direct Payment to fund their support, with money given to them by WCC to arrange their own service. If none of these options apply to you, we can charge you directly for your support - we send invoices every month.

How can I tell if your services are good?

Please come and see for yourself, and asks us about your particular needs. We have contracts with Warwickshire County Council and NHS South Warwickshire to provide Day Opportunities and Supported Living, so we have had to satisfy them about how we are organised. Care Quality Commission inspect our Supported Living service and in January 2017 we were rated as good. We also receive visits from WCC Monitoring Oficers to check we are meeting the specifications of our contract. However, the opinions that matter most are those of the people we support and their families. We ask people what they think of their service, and are always looking for ways to improve. On the rare occasion that we don't live up to our own high standards, we have a Compliants Procedure for people to use, to make sure we make things better.
